Another Happy Customer !

Here is an email received today from a happy customer

On the 7th March 2012 I bought a 'Trexus Contract Plus 1800mm Right-Hand Radial Desk' from Desk Warehouse.

I have today received a letter from Desk Warehouse regarding my purchase. This letter provides three different contact methods for customers experiencing problems, but none for customers who would just like to let you know how good your service was. So I hope you won't mind my using this e-mail address to do so.

I ordered my desk on Wednesday the 7th of March and did not expect to take delivery until the 16th of March at the earliest. Barely a day or two later I received a phone call from the courier to arrange delivery for Monday the 12th. Almost a whole week earlier than expected! The courier then called again on the Monday morning to notify me of the exact time of delivery. Their service was amazing, the best I have ever experienced from a courier.

I managed to assemble the desk single-handed. Which was no small feat because it was very heavy, very large and the room I was assembling it in was very small. The instructions direct you to assemble the desk upside down and to invert it when complete. I could not do this due to space restrictions and had to assemble to desk the right way up. This made it very, very difficult to lower the large and heavy desktop precisely onto the locking pins alone. I managed to do so by laying on my back under the desk and supporting the desktop with my arms and legs!

I chose this particular desk because I had a similar one while I was a student. The quality of the Trexus desks is, if anything, even greater than I remembered. I could not be happier with the quality of the desk I ordered or the service of the company I ordered it from, Desk Warehouse.
